Return Policy

1) Authenticity Guarantee

At, we ONLY stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from, please contact us directly by emailing us at and we shall be happy to address your concerns.

2) General Returns Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

 a) Is different from its description on the product detail page on

 b) Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

 c) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

 d) Has missing parts or accessories

 e) Is different from what was ordered

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

3) Special instructions for Perfumes & Fragrances: 

  a) Products should not have been sprayed or used and should have the seal intact.

4) Special instructions for Cosmetics & Baby Care: 

 a) Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way.

5) Refund Policy

a) Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which receives returned goods. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, the amount will be deposited in your bank account added by the buyer.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

6) Cancellation policy

 a) An order can be cancelled only up to it is in "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it cannot be cancelled.

7) Defective or Damaged Product

a) In the event that product is defective or arrives damaged from a Carrier, the customer will need to submit a return request for damaged or defective merchandise within 2 days of delivery.
